At Full Bag Customs, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and claim procedures to ensure you feel confident with your purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all golf shafts and components purchased from Full Bag Customs against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures under normal use conditions
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
- Damage due to improper installation or modification
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic defects, fading)

Customizations or alterations made after purchase without authorization
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact us promptly at jacob@fullbagcustoms.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Retain the original packaging and product until the claim is resolved.
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Warranty Remedies
If a product is deemed defective within the warranty period, Full Bag Customs will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
- Issue a refund of the original purchase price
Shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements will generally be covered by Full Bag Customs. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to return the product for evaluation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Bag Customs disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the remedies described in this policy.
