1. Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30 business days (Monday to Friday) return window. You may request a return within 30 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- Products must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at:

Include the following in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable for damage or incorrect item)
Do not ship your return without authorization. Once approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization confirmation
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on packaging and shipping the item

3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), you may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or discounted clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used items not due to defect
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Any item returned beyond 30 business days (Monday to Friday) of delivery
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return under this policy.

We currently do not support direct exchanges.

8. Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to your original payment method
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days (Monday to Friday) from confirmation, please contact us.
9. Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds in cases where:
- Returned items are used or not in original condition
- Original packaging is missing
- The return is made outside the eligible return window (but still accepted)
